If you don't like to train alone and prefer to be in a group, then group training is the right thing for you. During the whole time you will be supported by the trainer if you have questions about an exercise, but also corrected by the trainer if you perform an exercise incorrectly.
You want to have the full attention of the trainer for you, and train in large groups is not for you? Then you should opt for the individual training, here you will not be left out of sight for a second.
You don't need experience, but you do need the desire to learn something new.
Das Gruppentraining dauert 60 min. Das Einzeltraining dauert 60 min.
Only sports clothes and sneakers, the rest we regulate with time.
Das Probetraining für das Gruppentraining kostet 20€ pro Person einmalig, bei Vertragsabschluss entfällt dieser Betrag. Der Betrag des Probetrainings bei Personaltraining entspricht den vollen Preis.
We are a member of our umbrella organization Bayrische Amateur Kickbox Union (BAKU). The Bavarian Kickboxers (BAKU) are in turn affiliated with the Federal Association in Kickboxing, the WAKO Germany.
By the way, kickboxing has been included in the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB) as of January 2018!
